HOW TO: Change Your Facebook Password

You may want to change your Facebook password because you're worried that someone else has been accessing your account. Even if that isn't the case, it's a good idea to change your password from time to time to stay protected. If you want to know how to change your password in just a few easy steps, follow these steps:
STEP 1:
Locate the toolbar across the top of your page....

Click on the down-pointing triangle or down arrow on the far right side...

A menu will drop down...

From the menu, select Settings...

STEP 5:
Your screen will now display the General Account Settings
If your screen displays something different, click on "General" from the options on the left side

STEP 6:
Locate Password in the list of options on the right side...

STEP 7:
Click on "Edit" to the right of Password

STEP 8:
First type in your Current password
Then type in your New password - it's a good idea to have at least 8 characters with a mix of capital letters and numbers
Then re-type your New password again to confirm
Click on Save Changes

Step 9:
Log out of other devices?
Click on the circle next to "Log me out of other devices"
Click Submit

Step 10:
Open up Facebook on other devices that you use
Type in your username along with your NEW password
